Warranty Policy

V.ONE is proud to offer a one-year manufacturer's defect warranty on new products. This warranty applies to all products sold in-store or online unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Before making a warranty claim, you must email or call us with a valid proof of purchase or invoice with the customer's name.

This warranty policy only covers items deemed defective and does not cover damage to the product caused by misuse, shipping, or any damage other than normal wear and tear. In order for an item to be deemed defective, the item may need to be taken to a V.ONE designated store for inspection. If there is no designated store nearby, the item may need to be shipped back to the seller or dealer for inspection. If a product is deemed defective, we will do our best to repair the item and will only replace it if it cannot be repaired.

V.ONE's warranty policy only covers the repair or replacement of the purchased product itself and does not cover any other related costs, such as shipping, improper use, or any property damage caused by the product.

If the purchased product is no longer available or discontinued by the manufacturer, a similar product will be provided as compensation. A similar product is any product that is used for the same purpose and has most of the main functions. If there are no similar products, 20% to 100% of the product cost will be refunded, depending on the severity of the problem and how long the product has been in use. V.ONE reserves the right to determine the exact partial refund amount on a case-by-case basis.
